Run to me is very light and lively song that reminds me of a child at play. Its a catchy little tune that one could easily dance to or enjoy while outside walking or simply enjoying the outdoors.

I created this song to promote a sense of wonder and enlightenment. How many times have we closed our eyes and dreamt of things that we once had (or wished we had). Wishes is a piano instrumental solo with a very easy beat.

Everyday Strong was modified from its original vocal duet [Ann Foland] and transformed into a piano instrumental. It has some definite highs and lows. Uptempo with a steady beat. Released as a single January 10, 2025. MJ

Promises was release for digital distribution on October 7, 2023. Having a former church organist & pianist I wrote this one for a very close, personal friend at the time of their wedding. This song was designed to lift you to places that are impossible to reach by car, train or bus. Places that exist only in the mind…places mistic, spiritual and lovely. Dreaming was released as a single on July 3, 2023. It is quite long [05:01} but well worth the wait. There is a video available.

It’s Christmas Dude is a light, fun piece full of life and joy. It has an uptempo beat and a few misplaced notes..kinda reminiscent of Christmas in this household. Hope you enjoy. MJ

Christmas In My Heart was released on December 24, 2022 as a pro-album [The Joy of Christmas] and as a single on March 9, 2023. Although many Holiday songs are happy and joyous, Christmas in My Heart is a bit more reflective and heartfelt.

This composition is reminiscent of a loved one who was lost. The music transends from one plane to another, but in a melodical fashion. Taken contains depth of feeling and is very expressive.

South of the Border was made entirely in my home music studio. It features horns and piano with a very destinctive rhythm and a nice supprise ending. Song for Edwin is a bit of a whimsical piece regarding a little boy and his — shall we say misadventures. Edwin is actually my grandson in real life who will always carry a little piece of my heart. To bad he has a few of his grandfathers bad habits. Pictures in the cover is his maternal great grandmother.

Out of Darkness is a testiment to the people of Ukraine. My purpose in writing this song was to bring attention to the horrific attrocities the people of Ukraine are sufferiing even now as I write this. Although released in March of 2022 it is necessary that we all see what is happening now and do what we can to support them. Pray for Ukraine and help their cause in any way that you can.

As a former church organist, I created just a little hint of something beyond our grasp. Something that we already have inside our hearts that is trying desperately to get out. The piece is filled with highs and lows and is quite passionate. I hope you find it comforting and peaceful. MJ

I borrowed this idea from my mother Virginia Eddy Stinson who loved her poetry. I have tried to create an aura of mystery and wonder as this song unfolds. It actually was meant to describe the garden of your heart.

Before you Dream was created for children. Its a very easy, simple lullaby and it actually works! Enjoy it now with your young or older child. Before you Dream was the very first song I ever created and its also on my first album “Step into Light”. MJ

Poetry in Motion is about just that - poetry in motion. It is quite fast and uptempo. I have tried to inspire the song with a little different take on the usual theme. It wouldn’t be unwise to expect something a little different on this one. MJ

Snowfall has been a very good sucess for me. It received world-wide distribution on September 3, 2021 as part of my “Step into Light” album. The piece has some very unusual cadences with some surprising results. MJ

Hold My Heart is one of my personal favorites. The song is full of heart-felt passion and designed to stir the emotions. While not your typical format, its almost like a waltz and quite lyrical. MJ

Don’t Let Go is a fun happy song that could almost be used for dance. It is very light and energetic with lots of rhythm and muse. It was released as part of my first album “Step into Light” released on September 3, 2021. Enjoy! MJ

Christ Child Lullabye is a new idea of mine that combines a tender melody with a more traditional approach. Its reminiscent of a structured hymn tune but with a twist. Happy listening! MJ

Autumn was released as part of my first album Step into Light on September 3, 2021. Its very easy to listen to and reminds me of beautiful fall colors and all the sensations that accompany it. The song has received extensive play on FB and other social applications. MJ

Transition is a little challenging for beginners. I am still not sure if the harmonics are correct but the piece has proved itself to be interesting for sure and you will notice constant changes. Good or bad? You be the judge. MJ
