Arctic Sunrise is one of my newest. Although it starts and ends in a Minor key, I have tried to paint some different tones into the song. I created this song to promote a sense of wonder and enlightenment. How many times have we closed our eyes and dreamt of things that we once had (or wished we had). Wishes is a piano instrumental solo with a very easy beat.

Christmas In My Heart was released for digital distribution on December 24, 2022 as a Pro-Album [The Joy of Christmas] and as a single on March 9, 2023. Although many Christmas songs are happy and joyous, Christmas In My Heart is a bit more reflective and heartfelt.

Dreaming will lift you to places that are impossible to reach by car train or bus. Places that exist only in the mind…mystical, spiritual and lovely. Dreaming was released as a single on July 3, 2023. It is a little long [05:01] but well worth the wait. There is a video available. MJ

Promises was released for digital distribution on October 7, 2023. Having been a church organist & pianist, I composed this piece for a very close personal friend for her wedding. Lyrics are included but designed to be sung as a duet.

This composition is reminiscent of a loved one who was lost. The music transends from one plane to another, but in a melodical fashion. Taken contains depth of feeling and is very expressive. Please allow for 7 pages as this piece contains lyrics.

As a former church orgainist, I have tried to create a little hint of something just beyond our reach. Something that we already have inside our hearts that is trying desperately to get out. The piece is filled with emotion and I hope you find it comforting and peaceful. MJ

Out Of Darkness is a testiment to the people of Ukraine. My purpose in writing this song was to bring attention to the horrific attrocities the people of Ukraine are suffering even now as I write this. Whether or not you purchase the music, please pray for Ukraine. We must end this war now.

The Enchanted Garden is one of my first studio pieces. It has a very pleasant melody and soft, mysterious background coupled with a little reberb and synth pad for depth. Give it a try….I think you’ll enjoy it.

Snowfall is a very expressive piece that represents a feeling of quiet solitude with a very simple melody. It begins in E flat Major changing over to A Minor and then back again. Please leave a comment and subscribe for new material. MJ

Transition is an unusual piece. Major to Minor over and over again. Finally, after some back and forth, ending almost like a waltz. It is a bit challanging to say the least but worth the efffort. Transition indeed!
